To make a loan payment

To pay from Online Banking, your can click on Bill Pay or Transfer Funds or on your installment loan then links to Pay Now or Make a Payment.

To use our automated pay-by-phone system call 1.800.604.9981, press 1 for Consumer, after authenticating press option 4.

You can also pay at our branches or mail your payment to the address on your statement.

To get services for your loan

Payoff quote - you can access your same day payoff quote on the Account Details page of online banking, a 10-day payoff quote can be printed and is also available in our automated phone system by calling 1-800-604-9981, and a 20 day payoff quote is printed on your monthly statement.

Last Year Interest Paid letter - the interest paid on your loan last year can be viewed on the Account Detail page in online banking and a letter with the details can be printed. The information is also available in our automated phone system by calling 1-800-604-9981, and is printed on your January to April monthly statement.

Setup Automatic Payments (ACH) - you can download an ACH setup request form (PDF version) from the Account Services page in online banking, or use the form printed on the back of your monthly statements.
